The Desert Perpetual Raid Pre-Order

The newest raid is almost here! A brand new raid will be launching July 19th at daily reset, and just like every launch, the MC team is here to help you conquer Contest Mode and Day One!


Day One Completion

A Day One completion involves completion within the first 24 hours of the raid launching on Contest Mode. It rewards everything the Contest Mode completion does (exclusive emblem, first access to gear, and more) plus an exclusive Raid Report tag. Your order will also be prioritized over Contest Mode raid pre-orders. 

Contest Mode Completion

Contest Mode involves completion within the first 48 hours of the raid launching on Contest difficulty. It rewards an exclusive emblem, a Raid Report tag, and a first access to new weapons, armor, and cosmetics!

**Important note about Day One and Contest Mode completions:

  • All pre-orders will be completed on a first-come-first-serve basis, with Veteran VIGs getting priority. 
  • Due to the nature of Contest Modes, this is not a guaranteed Day One or Contest mode completion. If we can’t complete it within 48 hours we will adjust the difference to either a Week One or Week One X3 (1 per character) completion.
  • The Power Level requirement is the Contest cap.
  • The raid will release on July 19, 2025 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET and we will start to work on orders as soon as our boosters have completed the raid themselves.
  • If your account is not geared for the difficulty that Contest Mode requires, we will contact you and make plans and adjust your order accordingly. While this has not occurred in the past, we do reserve the right to do so at our discretion in this instance. 

Week 1 Completion

Boss Checkpoint Only involves defeating The Witness on normal difficulty. You do NOT already have to have the checkpoint; we provide the boss checkpoint. 

Add-Ons (subject to change following launch)

- Weekly Challenge: Each week, a new challenge is available to earn extra loot. Full Master difficulty completions automatically include a Weekly Challenge. 

- Hidden chests: Includes the hidden chests located within the raid. These chests only drop gear that was already in your collections.

- Red Border Chest: Includes an additional guaranteed Deepsight Resonance Weapon reward after defeating the final boss. Can only be done once per week per account (NOT per character).

- Spending Spoils: In order for us to purchase any weapons or armor from the final chest vendor, it must have already dropped at least once time from completing an encounter in the past. For example, if you have never had the Sidearm drop from one of the encounters, you CANNOT purchase it with Spoils from the final Chest. 

Understanding the Final Chest Vendor/Spoils

At the end of the raid, as mentioned above, there is a cache vendor that allows you to spend Spoils of Conquest (a currency earned from raid completions). In order to purchase any of the raid items for 20 Spoils, the item must have already dropped from one of the encounters randomly, otherwise it cannot be purchased. Adept weapons can be purchased for 25 Spoils, but ONLY after first obtaining it from the challenge and after completing a Master boss CP or full Master raid.

The first step is simple: place your order. Select from our hundreds of services on a specific service page with the options available.

Enter Our Queues

Once your order is placed, you will enter into your platform-specific queue. We have teams dedicated to each platform. Additionally, we have both Fast Track and Standard queues; Fast Track prioritizes your order so that it is pushed above Standard (or non-Fast Track) queue. Generally, Fast Track orders are started within 24-36 hours of purchase; Standard orders are started within 48 hours of purchase.

Oftentimes, completion time is much sooner than the timeframe listed above - completion times are highly dependent on order volume.

Order Assigned

Once one of our team members has a team ready, your order will be assigned to one of our pros. This sherpa/team member is the only person who has access to your order information, which is another layer of our security measures.

Once your order is assigned or picked up by our team, we move to step 4.

Receive Login Warning

10 to 15 minutes prior to your order beginning, you will receive a login warning via your preferred method of contact (email, text if located in the US or Canada, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.). You are always welcome to include in your order notes your preferred method of contact; if nothing is specified, we will default to either email or text - whichever you checked out with.

Upon logging in, our standard practice is to set your account to appear offline.

The Quick Wait

Once our team has successfully logged in, you MUST remain off of your account until we have notified you that we have completed your service. If you login while we are active/in an activity, it will boot us from your account.

As we complete your service, you are welcome to ask for us updates, check progress via tracker apps, or hang out. Our teams are pros, so completion times are truly the quickest in the industry (check out our reviews if you don't believe me).

Receive Completion Notification

Once our team has completed your service, we will:

1. Create a hand-written drop list of loot received during the service

2. If applicable, set any game settings back to how you had them prior to us logging in

3. Notify you that we are logged off, send your drop list, and a thank you directly from our admin team!
