We will always inform you prior to logging in. While on your account, we do not dismantle or infuse items without permission. We will always ensure that you are appearing offline and we will never communicate with others while on your account except for other MC team members. We do not save your account to our system/console unless otherwise requested or an extended service is in place. We may use services like DIM to help with inventory management.
Finally, our teams treat your account the way we handle our own: like gold. We understand the time, effort, and dedication to building accounts, and our goal is to help support that in every way we can.
The answer is short and unwavering: absolutely not. Under no circumstances does our team use cheats, hacks, game manipulation, net limiting, network manipulation, aimbots, XIMs, or anything related. Our players use only their skills, team, and dedication to complete services.
As soon as you place an order, your service goes into our queue. We have two queues for each platform: standard and Fast Track. Depending on the options you select, your service will land the appropriate secure queue platform for our team members to see.
Depending on the length of queues, on average, your order will be started between 24 and 48 hours. Fast Track queues are priority, and therefore result in shorter service completion times. When your order is about to begin, we will contact you 15 minutes prior to login via your preferred method (text, email, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Throughout service, you are welcome to ask for updates. Upon completion, you will be notified that the team has logged off and you will be provided with a drop list of all items acquired during your service.
