Catalyst Perks
Completing the catalyst grants the perk More Wolves:
Increases magazine size. Final blows with Wolfpack Rounds spawn a faster, more powerful missile at the target's location.
Unlocking the catalyst involves the special dungeon completion, Completion involves the objective completion (400 Targets Defeated) once the catalyst has been obtained.
Requirements
