Speed Carries: PVE End-Game Services
Are you looking to get through a number of activities in a short amount of time, but aren't comfortable with Account Recoveries or would like to play with some pros? Our MC PVE Team now offer Speed Carries, a middle-of-the-pack option between a recovery and a Coaching Run (AKA Play With Our Team)! Check out more information about what Speed Carries are below!
What Are Speed Carries?
Speed Carries are a quick option that we offer as an alternative to account recovery services; the best part is that YOU play on your account, so no login information is required for Speed Carry options. Speed Carry options are similar to Play With Our Team/Coaching Services, but Speed Carry options do not include full teaching services, extensive guidance, content explanation, etc. Speed Carries are objective-based services that allow you to play alongside our professionals without needing to worry about lengthy time commitments - this is a "get in and get things done" type of service.
How Do Speed Carries Work?
Speed Carries work similarly to Coaching Runs in regards to scheduling; you play on your account and we will work with you to schedule a time convenient for you. Depending on the service, most Speed Carries are objective based and will NOT involve extensive teaching from our professionals, making them a more affordable alternative to Coaching Runs. However, you will play alongside our team to complete the services/content selected. This service is available on any platform!
Speed Carries versus Coaching Runs
Speed Carries:
- More cost effective and affordable
- Smaller time commitment
- Very limited comms required in-game (many services you may not even need to communicate to our sherpas if you don't want to)
- Objective/completion oriented
- See how the pros play without any nervousness or uncomfortable situations; very laid back and casual experiences
- Scheduled at your convenience
- Available for most end-game PVE content
Coaching Runs:
- Longer time commitment
- Teaching oriented
- Communication is required; all mechanics of the content will be explained along with any extra gear recommendations
- Play with the pros and learn from the best without the toxicity of LFG or random players
- Scheduled at your convenience
- Available for most end-game PVE content
What to Expect
When you order a Speed Carry, you will have the option to list days and times that work best for you; we will contact you prior to lock in a time frame. During a Speed Carry, while you will be playing with our team, there may be limited communication with the sherpa as this is a completion-oriented service with a focus on Speed. There may be periods where you are "pulled" through the content, asked to join towards the end of an activity so you can get the completion reward, or other speed-related strategies.
Requirements
- You must have a working headset to communicate with our coach if comms are necessary
- You must be the proper light level for each specific activity

Place Your Order
The first step is simple: place your order. Select from our hundreds of services on a specific service page with the options available.
If there's a service you need, options you don't see on the page, or you're unsure of what to choose, do not hesitate to reach out and our team will be happy to assist!

Enter Our Queues
Once your order is placed, you will enter into your platform-specific queue. We have teams dedicated to each platform. Additionally, we have both Fast Track and Standard queues; Fast Track prioritizes your order so that it is pushed above Standard (or non-Fast Track) queue. Generally, Fast Track orders are started within 24-36 hours of purchase; Standard orders are started within 48 hours of purchase.
Oftentimes, completion time is much sooner than the timeframe listed above - completion times are highly dependent on order volume.

Order Assigned
Once one of our team members has a team ready, your order will be assigned to one of our pros. This sherpa/team member is the only person who has access to your order information, which is another layer of our security measures.
Once your order is assigned or picked up by our team, we move to step 4.

Receive Login Warning
10 to 15 minutes prior to your order beginning, you will receive a login warning via your preferred method of contact (email, text if located in the US or Canada, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.). You are always welcome to include in your order notes your preferred method of contact; if nothing is specified, we will default to either email or text - whichever you checked out with.
Upon logging in, our standard practice is to set your account to appear offline.

The Quick Wait
Once our team has successfully logged in, you MUST remain off of your account until we have notified you that we have completed your service. If you login while we are active/in an activity, it will boot us from your account.
As we complete your service, you are welcome to ask for us updates, check progress via tracker apps, or hang out. Our teams are pros, so completion times are truly the quickest in the industry (check out our reviews if you don't believe me).

Receive Completion Notification
Once our team has completed your service, we will:
1. Create a hand-written drop list of loot received during the service
2. If applicable, set any game settings back to how you had them prior to us logging in
3. Notify you that we are logged off, send your drop list, and a thank you directly from our admin team!
