Trials of Osiris
With Season 10 returned our favorite Pinnacle PVP activity: Trials of Osiris, completely revamped from Destiny 1. Our services are for a guaranteed Flawless completion, taking you to the Lighthouse for exclusive gear with the help of our top-1% PVP team.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL cards will be run as a Passage of Mercy; if you are looking for Confidence Passages please review our Flawless Triumph Seal page. For Fast Track/non-Fast Track order completion estimated days noted in the Timeframe drop-down, these are only estimates! This is all based on the data from previous weekends and is for informational use only. Additionally, if you are not up to the light requirement of 1980, we can reserve your order until you have reached that requirement.

Record Your Session
If you're interested in watching your account reach the Lighthouse and see our professionals play, we are now offering the option to have your Trials session recorded! This is a new service that is exclusive to Xbox orders. Please note that if you order multiple cards (a X2 or X3 option), only ONE of the full cards will be recorded.
For this option, we will privately record (NOT LIVE STREAM) the time spent on your account. We will privately upload this to our YouTube channel, and will provide a link that is accessible only by YOU! This will not be a public video, and we will not be streaming live while recording as we aim to respect privacy and anonymity as always. Your video & link will be available approximately 48 hours after your service has been completed.
Additional Information
Historically, the first weekends of the Season have sold out of available openings, so we are providing some extra information to ensure you're well informed! Don't forget, brand new weapons, a new Armor set and Adept weapons will be in rotation; this is not something you want to miss!
A few things to note:
- We will have a minimum light level requirement of 1980 WITHOUT the Artifact Bonus. If you do not meet this requirement, we will need to delay your order.
- Orders will be on a first-come, first-serve basis - the earlier you get your order in the earlier in the weekend we will run your order; you can guarantee to be towards the front of the queue by ordering Fast Track
- Adept Farming add-ons cannot be completed until Sunday due to recent in-game changes. Adept Farming is only able to be done during days that Flawless Pool matchmaking is active (Sunday reset - Tuesday reset)
- Adept Farm orders that are placed on Friday/Saturday will not begin until Sunday at the earliest (We will still complete your normal runs before Sunday). If you ordered Fast Track then your normal runs will be completed as Fast Track but then the Adept Farm part of the order can not begin until Sunday (Bungie recently changed Adept Farming to only be possible when the Flawless Pool is active on Sunday & Monday)
Recovery Risks and Disclaimer
While we always recommend you to choose the 'Recovery' option for Trials of Osiris weekends without any risk of your account being suspended or restricted, following Bungie's recent announcement this is sadly not the case anymore. We do not know the exact flagging vectors Bungie will be using to detect Recoveries in Trials yet, but we will be taking numerous steps to keep your account as safe as possible. When ordering a Recovery now in Trials of Osiris you will be asked to check a box to confirm you agree to the Risks of a Recovery being completed in Trials.

- You must have 25,000 Glimmer per Flawless card in order for us to purchase your Passage to access Trials
- You must be at least 1980 Light
- You absolutely must stay offline if we are doing an account recovery; if you log into your account while we are in a game, it will cause us to lose the match and therefore have to reset the card

Enter Our Queues
Once your order is placed, you will enter into your platform-specific queue. We have teams dedicated to each platform. Additionally, we have both Fast Track and Standard queues; Fast Track prioritizes your order so that it is pushed above Standard (or non-Fast Track) queue. Generally, Fast Track orders are started within 24-36 hours of purchase; Standard orders are started within 48 hours of purchase.
Oftentimes, completion time is much sooner than the timeframe listed above - completion times are highly dependent on order volume.

Once one of our team members has a team ready, your order will be assigned to one of our pros. This sherpa/team member is the only person who has access to your order information, which is another layer of our security measures.
Once your order is assigned or picked up by our team, we move to step 4.

Receive Login Warning
10 to 15 minutes prior to your order beginning, you will receive a login warning via your preferred method of contact (email, text if located in the US or Canada, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.). You are always welcome to include in your order notes your preferred method of contact; if nothing is specified, we will default to either email or text - whichever you checked out with.
Upon logging in, our standard practice is to set your account to appear offline.

The Quick Wait
Once our team has successfully logged in, you MUST remain off of your account until we have notified you that we have completed your service. If you login while we are active/in an activity, it will boot us from your account.
As we complete your service, you are welcome to ask for us updates, check progress via tracker apps, or hang out. Our teams are pros, so completion times are truly the quickest in the industry (check out our reviews if you don't believe me).

Receive Completion Notification
Once our team has completed your service, we will:
1. Create a hand-written drop list of loot received during the service
2. If applicable, set any game settings back to how you had them prior to us logging in
3. Notify you that we are logged off, send your drop list, and a thank you directly from our admin team!
